This painting of Swoyambhu stupa by Uma Shankar Shah is made by the method of Etching. House of the Pancha Dhyani Buddha, Swoyambhu is one of the most sought after tourist destination. The stupa is situated atop a hill towards the west of the valley. It is also one of the World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu enlisted by UNESCO.
