In this neo-Paubhā interpretation, the Pañca Buddha are released from strict mandalic order into an atmospheric, painterly space. Arranged in a vertical, ascending composition, the figures emerge through clouds, flames, and halos, suggesting spiritual unfolding rather than fixed cosmology.

Each Buddha is accompanied by a vāhana, the elephant, horse, peacock, Garuḍa, and lion, subtly integrated into the landscape, reflecting their respective wisdoms. The work reimagines tradition through a fluid visual language, where hierarchy is shaped by light, movement, and presence.
