Drawing from the mythic creation of the Kathmandu Valley, Bajracharya uses the lotus as a central symbol of spiritual origin and cultural flourishing. Beneath the blooming lotus unfolds a playful flood carrying temples, musical instruments, grains, deities, food, and celebratory figures, suggesting the emergence of civilization through devotion, ritual, and collective joy.

The composition transforms the primordial waters of Nagadaha into a vibrant cultural landscape, where mythology, festivity, and everyday life flow together. Through this imaginative narrative, the work reflects the Valley as a living convergence of spirituality, celebration, and shared identity.
